Support Worker

This is a great role for someone looking for a new challenge at a company that cares about you! Working as part of a specialised team at our clients house in Llangollen, you will provide complex care to a female with autism.

THIS POSITION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO FEMALE CANDIDATES.

PLEASE NOTE: Our pay rates are exclusive of holiday pay meaning you also get paid for when you take holidays, unlike some roles advertised on indeed.

Shifts

Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota. Every other weekend off (Where possible)

Duties

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Help individuals participate in social and recreational activities
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health status
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Requirements

- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

- Must be a driver with use of a vehicle.
