We're looking for compassionate Support Workers in Maidstone dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors. You'll offer tailored support in various community settings, helping each young person develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence.

Your day might include assisting with community activities, emotional support, or helping children maintain structured routines in a calm, positive manner.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide support for children with autism, ADHD, or similar needs Help manage emotional and behavioural challenges effectively Facilitate community engagement and social interaction safely Promote independence and life skill development

Who We Need:

Support Workers with proven experience in children's care or SEN environments Capable of handling verbal and physical challenging behaviours Reliable, flexible, empathetic, and resilient individuals Valid UK driving licence and business insurance required
