Support Worker - Margate

Margate & Ramsgate, Kent

14 per hour

4-6 hour daytime shifts

Driver with business insurance required

We're looking for skilled and compassionate Children's Support Workers in the Margate and Ramsgate area. You'll be supporting children with complex conditions, including autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge - helping them feel seen, supported, and safe.

These are short shifts where the right presence makes a big difference. Whether helping with emotional regulation, daily structure, or building trust through consistency, you'll play a central role in a child's daily life.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting emotional wellbeing and daily routines - Providing structure and calm in the home environment - Encouraging safe interaction and skill-building - Working alongside families and professionals

About You:

- Confident in supporting autism, ADHD, and emotional regulation - Experience with children and young people in a home or SEN setting - Calm under pressure and responsive to children's cues - Driver with business insurance essential
