Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Inspired2Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in various care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping our clients live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support. Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer first aid as needed and ensure a safe environment for all clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Support clients with dementia and other age-related conditions in a respectful manner. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in care.

Requirements

Experience in senior care or similar roles is preferred. Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques. Certification in first aid is required. Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client support.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: 13.00 per hour
