Qualifications
Desirable (not essential):
Health & Social Care vocational qualification.
Knowledge (Desirable)
Understanding of Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs, with the ability to follow individual support strategies. (Full training will be provided.)
Awareness of Health & Safety responsibilities.
Experience
Essential:
Minimum 1 year's experience as a Support Worker.
Desirable (training provided):
Experience using Positive Behaviour Support.
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
Experience supporting people with communication differences.
Other Requirements
Willingness to work flexibly across a range of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
Commitment to completing required training via eLearning or in-person courses.
