Requirements:

? Experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential as we provide a full training package for people with the right ethos and attributes.
? Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care or equivalent is desirable.
The Shift Pattern:
The shift hours are 7.00 am to 7.00pm and the rota follows a two-week pattern:
This pattern means you will have every other weekend off and work 7 days every 2 weeks while still averaging 42 hours a week, giving you lots of time off to ensure a good work-life balance and time to rest between shifts and reducing the amount of travel time and costs to work.
In your short week there is also the opportunity to pick up some overtime if you require.
