We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management. Encourage and support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate personnel. Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all individuals. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Experience

Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A caring and patient attitude towards others, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if required. A valid driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
