We're looking for a calm and compassionate

Support Worker

to support a cheerful and resilient 9-year-old girl living with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and visual impairment. She's non-verbal and wheelchair dependent, but her personality shines through with every smile and giggle when listening to Elvis or watching Disney. She thrives with familiar faces, gentle interactions, and calm reassurance--making your support a meaningful and valued part of her day.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sitting support while she rests (alerting parents if a seizure or issue occurs) Monitoring comfort and emotional wellbeing Responding gently to distress and providing calming reassurance Light personal care (e.g., pad changes as shown by family) Working within a small bedroom space with hoisting equipment (training provided)

What We're Looking For:

Experience with epilepsy, PEG awareness, or cerebral palsy preferred Confidence working independently in a family setting Patience, calmness, and a kind-hearted approach Strong emotional sensitivity and attention to detail Driver with access to a car and business insurance (essential)
