The Role

As a

Day Support Worker

, you'll help ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the day. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:

Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care Encouraging independence and wellbeing Regularly checking on residents and responding to their needs Completing care records and sharing important information with colleagues Helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere within the home

About You

You don't need extensive experience -- just the right attitude and a caring nature. We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified to Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards it with our support Caring, patient, and reliable Passionate about supporting others Flexible to work day shifts
