Trinity Care & Support is a Registered Charity based in Porthcawl. We are a small, friendly team established in 1995, covering the Bridgend Borough and are currently searching for caring, enthusiastic, committed individuals to work within the community.

As a support worker you will support Individuals to enable them to participate in social and leisure opportunities i.e. day trips / bowling / cinema / meals out / shopping trips / visiting localised day services and/or to support them in their own homes.

Your role will require you to be enthusiastic, committed and proactive in encouraging individuals, whilst working in a person centred way to meet their individual needs.

Your role may include supporting someone with personal care/hygiene, which could involve simply supporting them to choose what to wear each day or supporting them to bathe/toilet.

We support people with a wide variety of needs from learning disabilities/mental health and/or physical needs.
