Support Worker

We are looking for people ready for a new challenge at a company that cares about you! Working as part of a team at our clients home in Prestatyn, you will provide support to a lovely gentleman with Multiple Sclerosis who has a great personality, loves venturing out in to the local community and has a big love for Liverpool FC!

PLEASE NOTE: Our pay rates are exclusive of holiday pay meaning you also get paid for when you take holidays, unlike some roles advertised on indeed.

Shifts

Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota. Shift times 08:00 - 21:00.

Duties

- Provide support and assistance to the individual
- Help individual participate in social and recreational activities
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health status
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

- Prepare Meals

Requirements

- Previous experience in complex care and dysphasia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

- Driver preferred but not essential.

Experience:

Complex care and dysphasia: 1 year (preferred)
