Permanent | 18 - 37.5 hours per week | Full range of shifts available including days, evenings, weekends, nights & sleep-ins

Salary: 24,451 - 25,716 (12.50 - 13.15) |Sessional (as and when) hours also available

you'll help people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their best life - on their terms.



Due to service expansion, we're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team. Whether you're looking for a few hours a week, night shifts, or full-time work, we have a range of shifts available to suit your lifestyle.



What you'll do:


Provide personal care and one-to-one support in the home and community Assist the people we support to achieve goals and explore meaningful activities Follow and help deliver personalised care and support plans Encourage independence, social inclusion, and wellbeing Maintain clear, accurate records and support health assessments Champion best practice in safeguarding, health & safety, and mental capacity
