As a Relief Support Worker, you'll be part of a close-knit team that helps adults live more independently, safely and confidently. You'll step in when needed, offering care, companionship and a steady presence. That might be for a morning shift, an evening, or an overnight.

What you'll do:



Support people with everyday tasks, from cooking and cleaning to budgeting and appointments Help individuals make choices and take steps towards their goals Keep accurate notes and contribute to support planning Promote inclusion, respect and independence at every turn This isn't about ticking boxes. It's about noticing the little things, being kind when it matters most and helping someone feel at home in their own life.

What we're looking for:



A calm, patient and caring approach Confidence to work independently and use your initiative Flexibility to cover shifts as and when needed A willingness to learn and develop your skills You don't need experience in care. Just the right values. We'll provide full training, and if you're not already qualified, we'll support you to gain your SVQ 3.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
