Aone Children's Services is a nurturing and dynamic residential service committed to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with diverse needs. We are currently expanding our team and are recruiting for several key positions.

Current Vacancies:

Team Leaders

Lead by example and support junior staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Contribute to care planning, mentoring, and shift leadership.

Residential Support Workers

Support young people in their daily routines, build trusting relationships, and help them achieve their full potential through consistent care and positive role-modelling.

Waking Night Staff

Provide a safe and supportive environment overnight, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of the young people in our care.

All shift patterns average out at 42 hours per week.

Week 1: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun 8am-8pm/8pm-8am

Week 2: Tue, Wed, Thur 8am-8pm/8pm-8am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Experience:

Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred) Supporting Role: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Manual Driving Licence (required) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred)
