Support Worker - Female Only

We are looking for people ready for a new challenge at a company that cares about you! Working as part of a specialised team at our Supported Living project in Rhos-On-Sea, you will provide complex care to a lovely lady with Multiple Sclerosis to assist with all daily living tasks including medication administration, personal care, nutrition, social activities etc.

Due to the requests of the client and their family, we are only accepting applications from FEMALE candidates.

PLEASE NOTE: Our pay rates are exclusive of holiday pay meaning you also get paid for when you take holidays, unlike some roles advertised on indeed.

Shifts

Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota. Days and waking night shifts.

Duties

- Provide support and assistance to the individual.
- Help the individual participate in social and recreational activities.
- Accompany individual to appointments and outings.
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health status.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individual.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Support Worker preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

- Driver preferred but not essential.
