Are you experienced in supporting children with additional needs? We're looking for Children's Support Workers to provide flexible, short shifts supporting young people with complex conditions and behavioural needs in the Tunbridge and Maidstone area.
You'll bring patience, consistency, and a big heart to the role. These are children who need clear communication, emotional insight, and someone who can truly connect. If you're calm in a crisis and confident working with autism, learning disabilities, or emotional regulation needs, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 support in the home or out in the community
- Support with emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Help children engage with daily activities and routines
- Ensure safety, structure, and calm throughout the shift
About You:
- Previous experience with autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities
- Confident supporting behaviours that challenge
- Calm, patient, and highly consistent
- Driver with business insurance required
