two young gentlemen in Tunbridge Wells

with varying support needs.

You'll be part of a well-supported rota working with different customers across the week. If you're looking for variety, consistency, and a meaningful career, this could be the ideal role.

You do need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle to work as a Support Worker with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering a mix of community-based and in-home support Encouraging independence while maintaining structure and safety Supporting with personal care, medication, food prep, and wellbeing monitoring Building genuine, trusting relationships with each customer Working as part of a small, supportive team with shared values

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in learning disabilities, autism, or mental health support Confidence working with clients who present emotional or behavioural challenges Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure A confident communicator who enjoys one-to-one support work
