Our St Bridget's service is home to thirty-eight adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family - relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
We offer part-time hours.
You'll need to be flexible to work weekends as part of a rota.
Typical shifts may include:
Day shifts:

We are currently under consultation proposing a change to the enhancement rates paid. If the proposal is accepted, from 1 December 2025 new enhancement rates of 1.00 per hour will apply to weekend working only (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you'll do
Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Most importantly - help each person live life on their own terms
No previous care experience? No problem - we'll give you all the training you need.
