Inverclyde, Greenock

Hours:

20-30 hours per week

At Clydeside Independent Supported Living, we're looking for

dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Support Workers

to join our team. You'll support adults with learning and physical disabilities in their own homes, helping them live independently, maintain tenancies, and stay active in their communities.


We are committed to promoting independence, inclusion, and dignity in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver person-centred support in individuals' own homes Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, and budgeting Support access to community activities -- social, formal, and professional Promote health, wellbeing, and independence at all times Work effectively with families, colleagues, and external professionals

What We're Looking For



A genuine passion for helping others Excellent communication and teamwork skills A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach Experience is welcome, but not essential --
