Mickley Hall is a 40 bedded nursing home that specialises in the care for individuals with physical disabilities and neurological conditions.
We are seeking a Dedicated and Reliable
Support Worker
to join the team!What you'll be Doing
Provide personalized care and support to residents Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation Implement and follow individualized care plans Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism Monitor and report on residents' progress and well-being Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
What You'll Need
Great communication and teamwork skills. A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others. Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
