Caring and Compassionate Support Worker Required
We are seeking a caring and compassionate support worker to provide support to service users in their own homes.
This role is based in Southampton, Eastleigh and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and support with activities of daily living
Assisting individuals with mobility, movement, and transfers
Medication administration
Assisting with meal preparation and dietary requirements
Supporting with domestic tasks
Adhering to health and safety standards
Promoting and enhancing individuals' independence
Documenting the care delivered and maintaining up-to-date records
Following all relevant safeguarding policies and procedures
Reporting any safeguarding concerns to relevant professionals
Working collaboratively with service users, their family members, and other professionals
Person Specification:
Experience in care and willingness to undertake further training.
Experience of working in adult social care settings (desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with service users
Experience of working with individuals with dementia and behaviour management skills (desirable)
Strong ability to demonstrate empathy and provide respectful and dignified care
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety protocols
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals, families, and professionals
