Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:




Support Worker - Southport Town Centre



Full-time (40 hrs) | Permanent





Love a challenge and making a difference? Join our vibrant team in Southport, where every day is unique and rewarding.



In this service, we support 10 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently in their own flats. Some individuals may display behaviours that challenge -- and that's where your resilience, empathy, experience and creativity shine.


What you'll do:




Build meaningful relationships Support with daily routines, personal care, and fun activities Help people achieve long-term goals and enjoy life to the fullest

What we're looking for:




Positive, proactive, and caring people Experience with autism or behaviour that challenges is a big plus Drivers welcome, but not essential Staff who are available for day shifts (between 8am - 10pm) and sleepovers, including some weekends ###
