What We Offer:

Flexible shifts to suit your availability:
Days: 07:30 - 20:00
Nights: 19:30 - 08:00

What You'll Do:
You'll provide hands-on care and support in both home and community settings, including:
Supporting adults with daily routines, personal care, meal prep, and medication
Promoting access to appointments, local groups, volunteering, and social activities
Providing 1:1 and shared support across multiple settings depending on need
Supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
Encouraging choice, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Keeping accurate notes and participating in reviews and team discussions
What You'll Need:
Minimum
12 months' experience
in health or social care
A caring, professional attitude and excellent communication skills
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
Relevant immunisations (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, BCG)
PMVA or equivalent behaviour training (preferred - training provided)
Training & Development

CPI Safety Intervention(TM)
- a BILD Act-certified, RRN-compliant programme focused on safe, trauma-informed crisis response
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Autism & Mental Health Awareness
Safeguarding Adults & Children
Medication Handling
Mental Capacity Act (MCA) & DoLS
