Support Worker - Street
Street, Somerset (near Bridgwater)
Up to 20 per hour
Around 16 hours per week (daytime, flexible)
Driver with business insurance required

We're on the lookout for an engaging, emotionally aware Support Worker to support a bright, independent adult in Bridgwater. This is someone who values great conversation, tech, engineering, and being part of the world again after a life-changing brain injury.
You'll play a vital role in building consistency, structure, and confidence. From social outings to admin help and general motivation, you'll be a friendly, dependable presence. And if your client decides to travel? You might go too - with costs covered.
Your Role:
- Support with outings, clubs, and community engagement - Light admin tasks and household structure - Encouraging healthy routines and active living - Being present, upbeat, and consistent - no personal care required
Who we're looking for:
- Warm, patient, and confident in low-support, independence-focused care - Experienced around brain injury or cognitive fatigue a bonus - Strong communicator who understands emotional regulation - Must have your own car and business insurance
