We are passionate about supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis, including behaviour that challenges. We are currently recruiting Support Workers for our services.

You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we're happy to work with you to train you to become an excellent Support Worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values. These are;

The Role:

As a Support Worker at Protea Care Homes your main duties will include:

-Supporting Service Users to access amenities that are in the community

-Supporting Service Users with professional and personal relationships

-Supporting Service Users with accessing education and employment

-Supporting Service Users to set and meet goals

-Supporting Service Users with their physical health

-Ensuring the Service Users home is Safe, Caring, Effective and Responsive

-Assisting line managers with ensuring that the service meets all requirements

The Person:
