The Role:-

As a Support Worker, you will empower the individuals you support to achieve greater independence and lead active lives. You will provide person-centered assistance in everyday activities within their homes and in the community. This role involves both lone working and collaborating with a friendly team to create a stable, caring environment focused on the health, safety, and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:-

Enable service users to live full and active lives while respecting their preferences and choices. Provide person-centered support in various aspects of daily living. Work as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Maintain a happy and stable environment that prioritizes the welfare of individuals. Support service users with personal care, household tasks, and community engagement. Participate in evening and weekend shifts as part of a rota, including sleep-in duties.

Skills Required:-

Strong relationship-building skills with service users and colleagues. Ability to engage positively and empathetically with individuals. Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently. Organized, reliable, and flexible in approach. Caring and compassionate demeanor. Fluent in written and spoken English (essential for communicating with service users). A full UK driving license is desirable but not compulsory.
