Support Worker - Supported Living (Autism & Learning Disabilities)



Must be eligible to work in the UK - without sponsorship



A full-time support worker, working 45 hours per week, with 2 sleeps can expect to earn between

29,500- 30,500 PLUS ENHANCED BANK HOLIDAY RATES AND AVAILABLE OVERTIME HOURS.

Available Positions:



Full Time (45 hours) Part Time (22.5 - 37.5 hours) Bank Day Shifts / Wake Night Shifts
Seeds Care aim is to provide support which develops Service Users' skills in order for them to live meaningful, empowered and enjoyable lives, reaching their full potential.

Every day will be different, and you will be instrumental in supporting people with Autism & Learning Disabilities to live independently, with dignity and guidance.

We are happy to interview those who are new to care and looking for a new career, however, we would also love to hear from applicants who have experience with:



Learning Disabilities (LD) Autism / Asperger's/ ASD Challenging behaviour Positive behaviour support (PBS) Providing structure and consistent boundaries Supporting independence and daily living skills, as well as community-based activities Supporting effective social communication

Desirable skills

:

Driver Experience with non-verbal communication Experience working with ADHD Competent, confident and proactive with lone working Understanding the impact of Trauma
Successful applicants will be able to work on a flexible basis, with shifts including, short and long days, every other weekend, waking nights and sleep ins.
