Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home care environment. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities.

Duties

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and clinical tasks. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Peg Management. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Help with mobility and physical activities. Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential care, childcare, or home care settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices. Ability to prepare meals that meet dietary needs and preferences. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Physical capability to assist clients with mobility needs. A caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
