We are looking for a Support Worker with experience in supported living or domiciliary care to join our care and support team in South Birmingham.
The roles are for night time hours from 9pm to 9am at 12.21 per hour .
The Support Worker will support adults with various disabilities in their own flats within the building providing the care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and personal care functions of our service. They will need to maintain care, support skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required in order to progress their career.
The Support Worker will have a responsibility to deliver our service in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practice agreed with the Registered Provider.
Working Hours:
Nominally 40 hours per week, subject to achievement of goals and objectives and the covering of vacant shifts.
Requirements:
Experience is advantageous but not necessary. A full programme of training will be offered to candidates who have the ability and enthusiasm to learn with a view to obtaining relevant QCF or equivalent vocational qualifications.
