We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to health guidelines. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving them to appointments or social activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel. Implement first aid procedures as necessary and respond effectively to emergencies. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.

Experience

Previous experience in senior care or home care is highly desirable. Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary needs is beneficial. Experience in medication administration and knowledge of first aid practices are advantageous. A background in childcare or nursing can be an asset for this role. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing care are essential for success as a Support Worker.
