We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic support worker to work at The Broad Group Ltd's home care service.
You will work across all of our services around Worcestershire. This includes a 5-bed residential care home in Worcester, a 6-bed supported living unit in Redditch as well as our home care service where you will work around Worcestershire.
We are a small family based residential care and support business operating in Worcestershire, which has now been operating and run by the same family for over 30 years.
As a provider we specialise is support and care for young adults with sensory impairments, autistic spectrum disorders and learning disabilities. Many of the individuals who we support are profoundly deaf and are British Sign Language users and therefore all support staff will be taught the language and be put on a BSL level 1 course.

As a support worker at The Broad Group your role includes:
Supporting residents with activities they enjoy. These activities include arts and crafts, swimming and even going to the pub!
Cooking and supporting individuals in the kitchen.
Completing sleep-in shifts from 10pm- 8am.
Supporting individuals on trips out of the homes and even supporting residents on holiday.
Supporting residents with personal care.
Ensuring that the service users' homes are kept clean and tidy as well as support residents to keep their own rooms clean.
Ensure all paperwork and records are kept up to date.
