Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care and support to individuals in the care home. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our residents

Duties

As a Job description:

We are a small 18 bed care home in Worthing providing a warm and welcoming, homely atmosphere for our Residents. We believe in fostering a family like environment where our Residents feel like it is their home.

Every Resident is unique and so is their care. Our staff deliver personalised support that meet their diverse needs with their best interests, comfort and wellbeing in mind.

Duties to include:-

Assisting with personal care where needed

Overseeing and preparing of meals and drinks

Administering and storage of medication

Light domestic duties during the night

Working as part of a team

Understanding and complying with Health and Safety protocols

Experience in the care industry is preferred however any experience of care eg family etc would be considered and training given.
