Sleep-in rate: 55.00 per shift (approx. 2 per week)

We're now looking for
dedicated, compassionate Support Workers
to join our team across Weymouth, Dorchester, and Ferndown. If you're someone who thrives on helping others and wants to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will:
Deliver direct, person-centred care and support to young people
Build strong, trusting relationships to help young residents reach their goals
Create, monitor, and update individual support plans in collaboration with the young person
Accurately record and report key information, incidents, and progress
Support daily routines including cooking, shopping, cleaning, and attending appointments
Encourage involvement in education, training, or employment opportunities
Assist with life skills such as budgeting, housing applications, and ID or benefits support
Promote self-esteem, resilience, and independence through encouragement and consistency
Carry out regular checks to maintain a safe and welcoming living environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to deliver excellent care
About You
We're looking for individuals who are:
Passionate about supporting young people to succeed
Ideally experienced in a support role and working towards or holding a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
New to the sector? That's okay--if you have the right values, we'll provide full training
Resilient, reliable, and strong communicators
Drivers with access to a vehicle and appropriate business insurance
