Support Resolution is a Merseyside based, family-owned company, established by a local family, to support local young individuals. A Young People Supported Living provider for individuals (16 -25 age range) that may have a Learning Disability and or Autism, a physical disability, and young people that may have suffered a childhood trauma.
The owners have worked with the Local Authority for a number of years, and have collaberated with them on the "Model of Care" in line with the need for the service.
What we do
At Support Resolution we use a Hybrid "Care Support & Education Model" that offers personalised support to help our Young People live as independently as possible in their own home, tenancy or interim accommodation.
Aswell as an assessment of Health and Care needs, our qualified Education and Well-being Specialist uses a Baseline Assessment to work with our Young People to agree an Educational/Employment pathway and objective, in line with their educational status and aspirations.
We are in the final stages of our registration with the Care Quality Commission and so we are now recruiting for the first members of our team that will be influential in shaping an open, honest and transparent culture.
We are a digital sofware provider that uses Person Centred Software "mCare" to ensure that we are at the forefront with regards to recording and updating critical information such as daily notes, care plans, risk assessment and charts.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with the People We Support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with the People We Support and team members.
Empathy and patience to understand the needs of individuals requiring support.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices relevant to care settings.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
We are dedicated to the development of our team members are will fund Health and Social Care, NVQ Level 2 and 3 and also Leadership and Management Level 5 courses.
