Luv To Care Ltd is a well-established care provider located in Guildford, Surrey, committed to delivering high-quality care services.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support/Care Workers with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join our team and support our clients. Our organization assists working-age adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities within supported living settings. Additionally, we provide care for elderly individuals in their own homes.

Job responsibilities include:

Providing personal care

Assisting clients with mobility

Supporting toileting needs

Making beds

Monitoring client conditions, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and weight

Escorting clients to appointments, day centres, and activities specified in their care plans

Accurately reporting and recording findings, outcomes, and other pertinent information to management

Participating in the implementation of care plans and promoting independence in daily activities

Monitoring clients' mental health status

Prompting medication compliance

Scheduling and attending appointments with clients as necessary

Ensuring all information and data is recorded in line with information governance protocols

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
