Job Description

Reds Housing Ltd is offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be employed as a Housing Administrator in what is a fast paced, progressive and growing organization. We are seeking to employ a forward thinking and competent individual to join our dynamic team. Previous housing administration experience, specifically in the supported accommodation sector is highly preferred.



Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:



Housing Benefit Claim Queries Remittance Evaluation Housing Benefit Calls Updating Spreadsheets Daily Cross referencing support worker information received Photocopying Scanning Data Input Data Analysis Filing Risk Assessments Day to Day Email and Telephone Correspondence Liaising with External Agencies Liaising with Management and Support Staff

The suitable candidate will:



Have Excellent Communication Skills Have Strong Verbal and Written English Have Strong Organisational Skills Be Proficient in the use Of Excel, Word and other IT Applications Have Excellent Time Management Skills and the ability to prioritise work Have Strong Administrative Skills Have Experience in working within the Housing Sector or with Vulnerable Adults Show Initiative and Enthusiasm Have Good Attendance and Punctuality
Excellent Incentives and Bonuses Available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-33,000.00 per year
