East Cheshire Housing Consortium is expanding and looking for an experienced

Supported Housing Manager

to lead teams supporting adults with mental health needs in the community and supported housing. Experience of forensic services (advantageous but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support staff teams across supported housing services Oversee referrals, needs assessments, and support plans Ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance Liaise with partner agencies, families, and carers Maintain accurate records and participate in an on-call rota Oversee compliance and health and safety aspect s of the service Prepare and submit audits in line with ECHC Quality assurance and procedure

Requirements

Level 5 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Minimum 5 years' experience in mental health or supported housing People management experience Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence
