Job Description

At Pobl, we're committed to creating safe homes and building strong partnerships that truly make a difference. We're excited to be recruiting three Supported Housing Partnerships Officers to join our Homes & Communities team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our supported housing services remain safe, compliant, and deliver the best possible outcomes for residents. These opportunities have arisen as a result of growth within the team.

Where does the role fit in?

In this role, you will work alongside colleagues across housing, compliance, and safeguarding teams, as well as external partners such as managing agents, support providers, and local authorities.

Your work will be central to making sure our supported housing schemes are well-managed, legally compliant, and consistently delivering a high-quality experience for residents. You'll act as the main point of contact for partners, supporting tenancy management, monitoring compliance, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

What is great about the role?

This role offers a mix of practical, hands-on work and strategic partnership engagement. You'll be out in the community one day visiting a scheme, and the next reviewing performance data, advising partners on tenancy management, or contributing to service improvements.

If you enjoy problem-solving, working collaboratively, and helping others achieve their best, this role is rewarding, challenging, and varied.

What skills and experience do you need?

We're looking for someone with experience in housing management and a strong understanding of tenancy management, compliance, and partnership working. You'll be confident working with external agencies, managing contracts, and supporting tenancy enforcement or anti-social behaviour cases. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse information and make clear decisions are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with residents, colleagues, and partners. You'll need to be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything you do. Digital confidence and the ability to travel between schemes are also important.
