28 hours per week, rota schedule



Hugh Fraser, Glasgow




We are looking for a motivated individual to join our established supported living team based at Hugh Fraser estate, Crookfur. If you are an empathetic and solutions-focused individual, we want to hear from you!


Your day will be spent providing housing management support and related services, enabling the residents to achieve maximum independence and promoting their wider wellbeing. You will become a key part of our team as we establish our smart homes journey, being involved in the delivery of the latest service developments and implementation of technology to enhance all aspects of a resident's lives.


During your day you will undertake responsive visits to residents, undertaking assessments to support their health, safety and welfare needs. You will work closely with the team and estate manager to resolve issues, adopting solution-focused and person-centered approaches to problem solving. There will also be the opportunity to support with planning and delivering resident social events which we hold on the estate.

We are looking for an individual with experience in supporting the elderly, someone with a calm and compassionate nature, possessing a firm but fair approach where needed. You will be working as part of a small team but must also be happy at working to your own initiative. We ask that you are flexible as this role works on a rota basis predominantly 9-5 Monday to Sunday and as part of an on-call schedule and will be required at times to respond to emergency calls.
