About the Role:
You will lead a passionate team in delivering outstanding person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs in their own home in Hailsham. Your leadership will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
The individual is:
An individual who loves to communicate with humour
An individual with an acquired brain injury and complex needs
They are a lively and resilient individual with a fantastic and silly sense of humour. They love the outdoors, playing ball games, trampolining, and having picnics. Your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring that with routine and preparation they can safely enjoy life to the fullest.
Working hours:
40 per week, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties. We're open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Manager in services supporting individuals with complex needs
A confident leader who can inspire and develop a skilled, empathetic team
Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
A strong communicator with excellent active listening skills
Sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and compliance requirements
