You'll undertake surveys to CGA standards and regulatory requirements, preparing schedules and specifications of work as appropriate, to ensure that all properties and assets are well maintained and meet the Decent Homes Standard.
What we are looking for in you:
We are looking for someone with experience in a social housing environment where investment, repairs and maintenance are key. You'll have experience of completing property surveys and scheduling works as you will carry out pre and post works inspections in our tenants' homes.
The main things:
You'll have previous experience in a similar role including experience of completing property surveys and scheduling works
You'll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
You'll have experience of damp, mould and condensation surveys
A thorough understanding of health and safety practices (including best practice) in a responsive maintenance / construction setting.
You'll be passionate about providing a great customer experience
