Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and ready to lead impactful change? As our

Sustainability Coordinator

, you'll be at the forefront of Bron Afon's waste and recycling operations, driving innovation, efficiency, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the operational management of Bron Afon's waste unit and collection services. Monitor and report on waste levels, landfill reduction, and recycling performance. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and community partners to promote waste minimisation. Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and health & safety regulations. Develop commercial opportunities for the waste operation. Provide strategic advice and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

About You




You'll be an experienced sustainability or waste management professional with:

Strong knowledge of waste legislation and health & safety. Proven experience in data analysis, team leadership, and service improvement. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, customer-focused approach and a passion for environmental impact.
