Sustainability Operations Support
As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Sustainability Operations Support to join our Sustainability Team.
We are looking for a proactive, reliable and flexible Sustainability Operations Support to join our team who is looking to be a key figure in our Sustainability Operations.
The tasks you will undertake, with some supervision and training, will include (but are not limited to):

• The role of the Operations Support is to support the Sustainability Compliance Team (Commercial Manager, Consultants/Assessors and Associates with all aspects of day to day Operations and Commercial administration
• Liaising with clients, providing quotations and follow ups
• Keeping all team trackers up to date (pipeline, invoices, associate costs etc.)
• Scheduling workload for the assessors, updating calendars and updating daily utilisation trackers
• Sales Support for marketing campaigns
• Documentation formatting

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• A focused collaborative approach to working within a team and the wider company
• Proactive in career development and further learning
• Willing to assist with trainee and assistant members of staff
• Proven ability to write clear and precise documents
• Good organisational skills

Our Sustainability team are the core of SOCOTEC's ethos; building a safer and more sustainable world. We have a goal to tackle challenges related to climate change and energy concerns, adapting both existing and new structures. Our expertise are broad when it comes to sustainability, meaning our services include: energy alternatives advice, testing biodiversity and health, infrastructure sustainability, and environmental impact assessments.
