Swimming Tales are looking for a new member to join our team.

You will be required to teach swimming to all levels of abilities and ages, manage existing staff, ensure all tasks are completed by staff, answer customer enquiries, write risk assessments, general administration work, cover reception, lifeguard work and cleaning

Our busy unique built swim centre is a family run friendly swimming pool with a team that work together and values all staff input and are constantly looking at ways to expand and excel and are totally passionate about swimming and having fun!

Main Duties

To plan and deliver swimming lessons for children, adults and babies in small groups and also on a private basis

- To ensure all staff carry out their daily duties

- Assisting with staff rota

Ensuring the company is compliant with all health and safety recommendations

- Answering customers queries and complaints

. Overseeing swimming lessons

-Organising and supervising fun swims, inflatable sessions and childrens birthday parties

Serving customers in our swim shop

Helping with day to day tasks of running the premises including keeping things clean and hygienic

Ensuring all pool users are safe at all times.

Skills

A true love of swimming with a friendly caring personality

- A good approach with children

Swim England Level 2 qualification or suitable alternative

Lifeguard Qualification

Preferably Parent and Child Swimming teaching Qualification

. Safe Guarding Certificate

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends

Professional, punctual and well organised person with reasonable admin skills

Job: Full time Employed at Swimming Tales, Rayleigh Essex

Salary: Dependant on Qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
