Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and sports coaching, with the ability to educate individuals of all ages and skill levels. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching swimming techniques, ensuring safety in the water, and fostering a love for swimming among participants. This is a weekend position, Sunday Morning classes

Responsibilities

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, tailored to various skill levels. Educate students on water safety, swimming techniques, and personal fitness. Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of each student while promoting skill progression. Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all participants. Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns. Ensure all equipment is maintained and ready for use before lessons begin.

Experience

Level 2 Swimming instructor qualification required. Swim England

Previous experience in swim instruction. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse age groups. A passion for teaching and helping others develop their swimming abilities. Relevant qualifications in swimming instruction or coaching would be advantageous.
