We're on the lookout for
enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused swim instructors
to join our team at H2o Swimming Academy inBelfast
.You'll need to be
approachable, friendly, and patient
, with a strong ability to build trust, encourage confidence, and motivate children in the water.The ideal candidate will have a
passion for aquatics
and a genuine drive to help young swimmers reach their full potential. You'll enjoy supporting pupils through their swimming journey, using your knowledge of progression levels and teaching skills to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.Location:
Bannatyne Health Club, 106 Belfast Rd, Holywood, Northern Ireland BT18 9QY
Pay:
17.50 - 20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Current Hours Available:
Saturday:
9:00am - 1:00pmSunday:
9:00am - 1:00pm(Potential to increase hours in the future. Cover hours also available on an ad-hoc basis.)
Classes are small group sessions with a maximum of
6 children per class

Essential Requirements:
Level 2 Swim England/ASA or STA qualification (or equivalent) Enhanced Access NI certificate (or willing to obtain)
Desirable (but not essential):
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification First Aid Training Safeguarding Training
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.50-20.00 per hour
