About us

Sue's Swim School has been running for over 30 years. Now ran by Andy and Matt (Sue's sons), they continue the ethos started by Sure.

Running lessons 7 days a week and at multiple pools each night, Sue's Swim School has the best reputation in the area with over 800 swimmers visiting the pools each week.

With lessons from 3 months up to 80 years, they cater for all standards of swimmer from all walks of life.

Due to expansion we are looking for Swimming Instructors!

We are looking for either STA or Swim England instructors to join our team as we continue to grow.

With an excellent retention record on staff, lots of incentives and over 30 years of trading, we have places for an immediate start in our Sutton Coldfield pools.

As we grow, we will also have more hours at other pools in the future. We are looking to appoint instructors who will also be considered supervisor positions which include a higher rate of pay with some additional responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-20.00 per hour
