We're Hiring: Swimming Instructors (Up to 5 Positions) - Join the Fun at Sue's Swim School!

Candidates would preferably have a Level 2 Swim England or STA Qualification. We will consider Swim England Level 1 candidates, with the mindset of getting you to Level 2 as a matter of priority.

Due to exciting growth, Sue's Swim School

is expanding--and we're looking for up to

5 enthusiastic and reliable Swimming Instructors

to join our fantastic team!

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering fun, engaging swimming lessons to children of varying levels. Teaching from lesson plans provided--but we also encourage you to bring your own flair to the pool! Helping children build water confidence and key swimming skills in a safe, structured environment.

instructors who take pride in what they do. Our reputation is built on consistency and care--so we need team players who show up, do their best, and genuinely care about the kids they teach.

You'll need:

A minimum of a

Swim England or STA Level 2 qualification

. OR a

Level 1 qualification

, with a willingness to train up to Level 2 (we can support you with that!).

Kingstanding

Burntwood

Sandwell

Walsall
