Swimming Instructor
Job Description
We're looking for enthusiastic Level 2 swimming teachers to join our team, teaching children aged 4years + develop a skill for life and a love for water.
You must hold a Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Aquatics Swim England (ASA) or STA Equivalent and enhanced DBS check.
Candidates must show a good level of consistency, this is essential when working with young children and within this environment. Swim teachers, and management are always available to give support. Groups of children are never more than 1:4 ratio. Teachers are expected to teach in and out of the pool when needed.
Uniform will be provided, and all equipment for lessons is provided and stored at our venues.
Candidates will be informally monitored for one term for observation and feedback.
