We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable

Swimming Instructor

to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons across

1:1, 2:1, and small group formats

, helping swimmers of all ages progress through our structured curriculum.

You will be responsible for assessing swimmers on a monthly basis and celebrating their milestones with certificates when appropriate. While you'll have set weekly shifts, there are regular opportunities to pick up additional cover work based on team availability.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching life skills, confident in the water, and eager to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach swimming lessons (1:1, 2:1, and group) using our structured curriculum Create a fun, inclusive, and safe learning environment Complete monthly progress assessments for each swimmer Communicate clearly with parents, guardians, and swimmers Commit to consistent weekly shifts with optional cover work when available Ensure professional conduct at all times and collaborate effectively with the team

Requirements:

level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching style Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Ability to travel to our venues

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience teaching both children and adults Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ or equivalent) First Aid certification Swimming background or familiarity with swim school settings
